SUITABILITY

Rearward facing (from birth to approximately 12 months of age) – In rearward facing mode your Safeguard can be used until their shoulders are in line with the Lower Shoulder Height Marker.  The seat then needs to be turned to forward facing mode.

Forward facing (from approximately 12 months to 4 years) – In forward facing mode your Safeguard can be used when the child’s shoulders are in line with the Lower Shoulder Height Marker (approx 12 months of age) until their shoulders reach the Upper Shoulder Height Marker (approx 4 years old)
