Storage & Usage

• Fresh, expressed breast milk should be fed immediately or stored in the fridge or freezer
• Expressed breast milk should be labeled the date and time accordingly on the milk storage bottle or bag
• Thaw frozen breast milk in the fridge first or under flowing warm water. Do not thaw frozen breast milk in microwave
• Gently shake the storage bottle before feeding. Leftover milk should be discarded.
• Breastmilk storage bag cannot be re-used. It should be discarded after single use.
